Watch: The Fastest Hands in the West

Two cowboys square up to one another, gallop so fast on their horses they nearly fall off, and ultimately, confront each other in a shoot-out.

But this isn’t a multi-million dollar Hollywood film. This is two deaf actors in what looks like a cardboard set, telling their story through the power of their signing hands alone.

I first saw this short film five years ago, and it left a lasting impression on me. Watch it, and be amazed at what signing hands can do…
