A Tumblr site called MyLifeisDeaf has used GIFS to give a hilarious impression of the frustrations of deaf life. Inspired by WhatShouldWeCallMe, the user who set up the account says they are “100% deaf” and uses cochlear implants to hear. 
The site aims to give an idea of the user’s daily life, including trying to repeat the name of the person they just met, what it’s like when someone speaks super quietly, and even what happens when the fire alarm goes off…

I think this is a great way to make the world aware of the frustrations of deaf life. It makes a very good point while remaining positive in nature.
