Could YOU help test out cinema subtitling technology?

The UK cinema industry is undertaking some research to understand more about new subtitling technologies which aim to make the cinema experience more accessible to deaf audiences.

The industry trade body – the Cinema Exhibitors’ Association (CEA) – would like to hear from anyone (aged 10 upwards) who might be interested in participating in that research.

Initially they are interested in identifying deaf and hard of hearing people who may be willing to come along to try out this new technology at some screenings being planned in London on Sunday 17th March.
