Watch: The universal language is in our minds

In this video from America, UC Berkeley linguistics lecturer Patrick Boudreault, who is Deaf, explains his view that language is a fluid thing that is not just spoken.

He says that language  is something universal that happens in our minds, whether it’s communicated with our hands or our voice, or even typed on a computer screen or mobile phone. His video is enlightening and thought-provoking. Check it out!
