Deaf News: Harry Potter star signs ‘good morning’ to support inclusion of deaf children

Daniel Radcliffe is among the celebrities signing their support to the Life & Deaf ‘Sign Good Morning’ campaign to promote the inclusion of deaf children in local communities.

The Harry Potter star can be seen signing ‘good morning’ on digital screens across London Underground stations.

Radcliffe now joins the likes of Lords of the Ring actor Sir Ian McKellen, London mayor Boris Johnson, TV presenter Lorraine Kelly, children’s favourite The Gruffalo and comic Rob Brydon in supporting the campaign.

The ‘Sign Good Morning’ campaign, organised by the Life & Deaf Association, aims to increase the inclusion of deaf children in local communities. The group helps deaf and hard of hearing children using poetry and the arts to explore their identities and develop communication skills.
