The BSL Act (Scotland) has made a breakthrough with the announcement that it has gained the support of the Education and Culture Committee at the Scottish Parliament.
The Bill will now progress to the next stage, which is explained the below in this subtitled and BSL-interpreted video (thank you to Graham Turner for alerting us to this).
