Watch: Deaf man’s moving sign language video about his dog’s death, which has gone viral

At weekends, we post the most popular articles from our archive.

A Deaf man’s moving Facebook video about the death of his dog has gone viral, picking up over 100,000 views in just two days.

In the video, which is signed and also has subtitles, Cobi Sewell explains how he chose the dog, Shadra, at an animal rescue centre, even defying his landlord at the time to bring her home. He calls her “the best of best friends.”

See the post below – but make sure you have a box of tissues handy, as it gets very emotional indeed.
