Extract from the Manchester Evening News:

A deaf student has spoken of her ordeal after a neighbour launched a hate campaign against her family.

Kirsty Mills, 21, was put through weeks of anguish by a 13-year-old boy who shouted taunts in the street and threw eggs at her home.

Her ordeal began when the boy began shouting abuse at her mum, Denise, last October.
