BBC South West Wales has named a Deaf man who died following a motorcycle crash last week.
Andrew Slaughter, 48, died following an incident involving his yellow Triumph motorcycle and a Skoda Octavia near the junction of Cwmdu Industrial Estate.
Mr Slaughter was secretary of the Swansea Deaf Sports and Social Club and worked as an engineer. The BBC quotes his family as saying: “Nothing was too much for Andrew when it came to caring for his friends and colleagues within the deaf community.”
His wife added: “I will miss him so much, his laugh and smile will stay with me forever, I cannot stop thinking of the future we will never have, and he will always be my special man.”
