The latest episode of See Hear, broadcast yesterday and now available on BBC iPlayer, features an interview with Disability Minister Justin Tomlinson, in which Erika Jones repeatedly probes him on issues such as disability benefits cuts and Access to Work issues affecting Deaf people.
The episode also features a round-up of Deaf news stories and cultural developments in 2015, and is well worth a watch.

Good on See Hear. Erika did a great job – she made Paxman look like a fluffy stuffed sheep. Tomlinson’s face was a picture during that interview!
But then, he was talking as if he had just landed from an alien planet in a parallel universe the polar opposite of earth.
All the Tories do is brutally kick Deaf and disabled people.

Incredible programme – it hit the right spots concerning political interference and lack of proper Deaf-friendly consultation by the Government. Erika, well done.
The selection of Deaf people from the ‘frontline’ gave great, valid comments.
Tomlinson may have thought he justified his job role on See Hear. We’d have liked to be flies on the wall in his office after that searing interview!!
But now, in 2016, we Deaf and hearing people in the audience, no longer blinkered by Government spin responses, from the Conservative ‘spin’, know better.
