Deaf News: Deaf girl from Manchester assaulted after using sign language

Police have released an image of a woman they would like to speak to in connection with an assault on a deaf girl.

Police say the teenager was verbally abused and shoved three times in the head and shoulder by the stranger, when she used sign language to try to communicate with her.
