Deaf Funny is the world’s first TV comedy sketch show in sign language, written and directed by Charlie Swinbourne (who is also this site’s editor).
It has an all-star cast of Deaf actors and comedians, including John Smith, Matt Kirby, Jean St Clair, Deepa Shastri, Nadeem Islam, Rebecca-Anne Withey, Adam Bassett and Fifi Garfield. Each actor is tasked with playing multiple characters.
The characters include a fitness instructor, a Deaf spy, a football manager, a police officer, and many more. It was funded by the British Sign Language Broadcasting Trust.

I would love to watch the video but…. There are no subtitles on the signed parts! This is no good for hearing watchers OR Deaf persons such as myself who have never used sign.
If we expect subtitles for hearing videos/programs/films etc then you should do likewise for deaf videos/programs and films, it is only fair otherwise it is a hypocrisy.
So disappointing when deaf cannot deliver for others what they constantly fight for, for themselves.

There are subtitles on the Signed parts, you turn them in in the bottom right-hand corner of the video box, as I said in the article. Thanks Charlie
