A Deaf presenter of See Hear is set to appear on this Sunday’s episode of BBC1’s Antiques Roadshow celebrating the life and career of Florence Attwood, a Deaf toy maker.
In making the programme, presenter Rosie Benn, who has presented See Hear, See Hear on Tour and Up for It, met Florence’s living relatives.
She then made her debut as the Roadshow’s first deaf signing presenter, alongside Pascale Maroney who voiced and signed.
The episode of Antiques Roadshow is a special programme celebrating the achievements of women in history, and it will air this Sunday 10th of June at 8pm on BBC One.
