Deaf Sports Personality of the Year winners announced!

The winners of this year’s Deaf Sports Personality of the Year have been announced.

The Deaf Sports Personality of the Year was won by Jodie Ounsley, who is a women’s rugby player. The runner up was Bethan Lishman (Athletics) and in third place was Emma Brown (Football).

The Lifetime Achievement award was won by Michael Webster.

The other awards were:

Sports Club of the Year: Doncaster Deaf Ladies Footsal Club

Young Deaf Sports Personality of the Year: Phoebe Suthers (Tennis)

Team of the Year: Great Britain Tennis Team

Coach of the Year: Catherine Fletcher (Tennis)
