Troy Kotsur, who became the first Deaf male to win an acting Oscar at last Sunday’s Academy Awards, has taken on some classic scenes from cinema – in a short video shared by the entertainment outlet Variety on Friday.
The Best Supporting Actor winner and CODA star can be seen performing lines from films such as Jaws and Star Wars in the montage – as well as giving his take on the famous spy, James Bond.
It comes after Kotsur expressed his dream of playing the special agent during his BAFTA acceptance speech last month.
He told the audience at the Royal Albert Hall: “I’d just like to say congratulations to James Bond, 007, for the 60th anniversary.
“And wait, wait, hold on, hold on, have you considered maybe a Deaf James Bond, 008?”
